so, there I was, at the 2nd day of java jazz. Actually I was using my aunt’s ticket. She don’t want to go because she attend at the 1st day of java jazz, and she wanted to rest for the next day, and so my cousins asked me to go with them. Here is this, when somebody asked you to go to a concert that you want *and for free* what will you say?
Of course I said yes!!! With all pleasure!!! I feel like the luckiest person, from 100 person I’m the one that was chosen to go to java jazz for free (I kept on multiplying my luckiness by a 100 when I’m satisfied). So I already have a 100. The first band that we watch is Chieli Minucci and special effex (dunno how to spell it), they are so cool, especially because they play it with all of their feelings… that is the coolest thing of jazz, they play it with all of their heart! They enjoy playing their instrument. It was like their whole live... that is so cool!
The second one that we watch is Oleta Adams, her voice is really awesome! So beautiful, I had a goosebumps grumbling all over my body! Although we didn’t sit for an hour, and queuing for a long time, it was worth to do, the payment is her voice. What could we ask for more?
And then the third one is Dewa Budjana and Tohpati, 2 guitarists with a high level technique. Dewa budjana is a guitarist from a band, ‘gigi’. While tohpati is a guitarist, jazz specialist. They ROCK!!! So cool! awesome! It was funny thou, at the middle of their performance they talk to each other with their ‘guitar’ language. My cousin and me were confused (I think anybody will) tohpati was like “a…c…d…” to budjana and then suddenly they were laughing. and we were like “err… what’s goin on here?” – a mind of an amateur – (-_-‘’). We sat beside the stage, we are so close to them, they are only 3-4m ahead of us, so we can see clearly what they were saying. And then dummy me, when I see tohpati smile, my heart was hit by him! State of shock, after falling in love with his finger ( I thought they were really sexy –the fingers-) I fell in love with his smile… he’s so cute! Lol~ also the way he plays the guitar, it made my heart melts…
The fourth one is eating! Haha we sat down in front of the prambors stage, we saw Shahnaz Haque she is a beauty! (tipe orang yang kalo kecebur got tetep cantik dan memikat hati). But there is something bothering there were garbage all over the place, loosen some of people’s appetite, not me thou. Makes me sick!
The fifth one was …???....??? dang it!!! I forgot! Who was it?! Dang it!!! Oh well, they perform at the plenary hall, the queue was really long! And we wait for like 45 minutes! They were late, we take the second floor, the sitting place, and after we are inside, we are too far from the middle, we are so far away, so far so that we can’t see the vocalist! Well at least their music was good! Fun to see, my cousin was already at a low battery state, she sleeps next to me… she only wakes up when it was a clapping time! Hahahaha
It was 1 a.m. so we decide to go home
So after all that I multiplied it all, it was 1000000x of luckiness! Yippee!!!
